| 1 - 1.5 kg. whole Chicken |
| 1 tablespoon Eaton's Jamaican Jerk Seasoning |
| 1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce |

| Cut chicken into portions.
Rub Eaton's Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and soy sauce into meat, allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. |

| Heat oven to 170°C/325°F. Bake in Oven for 1-1½ hours or until juices run clear.
Serve with rice and peas for an authentic Jamaican meal! |
